Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless a free shipping promotion is active.

We occasionally offer free shipping or shipping discounts on select products or orders.

Delivery Times Estimated delivery times after shipment:

• Continental USA: 3–7 business days
• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: 7–14 business days
• International: Varies by destination country

Worldwide Shipping We ship to any location worldwide, as long as the customer covers the shipping cost. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
